Video submission instructions

All papers should be presented live (in-person) at IEEE ICASSP 2023. In addition, authors will create pre-recorded videos for all papers that will be made available asynchronously (i.e., these are not a live presentation) to all registrants through the virtual platform.

The pre-recorded versions of all presentations will be available on the platform starting at least 2 days prior to the conference and for at least 4 weeks after the conference closes.

Our recommended approach to record a compatible video from content displayed on your computer screen and voice recorded via the computer microphone, is to record the presentation using Zoom, available to users on most platforms and in most countries.

Instructions for recording your presentation with Zoom: https://ieeetv.ieee.org/ieeetv-specials/recording-your-presentation-with-zoom

For authors who are unable to access Zoom, you may use the free software OBS, which also allows the simultaneous recording of the speaker and slides:

For videos to be verified by the technical program committee, we ask you to please finalize and upload your video online no later than April 30, 2023 (upload links to be provided soon). Presentations will not be accepted after this date.

Guidelines for preparing your video:

Duration: 8 Minutes (maximum)

File size: 300MB max

Video file format: mp4

Dimensions: Minimum height 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9

Submission links will be provided in April for you to upload your video. Authors will also be required to upload either their PDF slides (oral presenters) or PDF poster (poster presenters) for posting on the virtual platform.

Include the title of the paper, the authors, and a mention to ICASSP 2023 in the video.

Please contact Brianna Orr (borr@conferencecatalysts.com) if you have any questions.
