Shuttle buses to social events
The ICASSP Organizing Committee has arranged for shuttle buses from the ICASSP 2023 venue to the social event locations.
Open fair “Panigyri” – Tuesday June 6 at 19:00 hours
Transfer from Rodos Palace to the Open fair “Panigyri” location
Shuttle buses will be available to take you to Bus Stop 2 on Tuesday, June 6.
Four different pickup times from Rodos Palace are scheduled. The first 10 buses will depart from the Rodos Palace Luxury Convention Resort at 18:00, and thereafter every 40 minutes, transporting 500 people per trip.
We have color-coded each pickup time for easy boarding. Therefore click here to modify your registration and select a pickup time if you have not already done so.
Your coupon will be color-coded accordingly and volunteers will coordinate the boarding of each pickup time according to the color-code.
No different color code coupons will be accepted for boarding.
Transfer from Open Fair location to Rodos Palace and Sheraton
Shuttle buses will be available to take you back to Rodos Palace and Sheraton from Bus Stop 2 after the open fair in the afternoon.
A single return time will be available at 21:30!
Open Air Concert – Friday, June 9 at 21:00 hours
Transfer from Rodos Palace to the Open Air Concert location
Shuttle buses will be available to take you to Bus Stop 2.
Only registrants that selected Open Air Concert are eligible to use the shuttle buses.
The first bus will depart from the Rodos Palace Luxury Convention Resort at 19:30, and the other one at 20:00 transporting 500 people per trip.
Your coupons are color coded according to each pickup time and volunteers will coordinate the boarding of each pickup time according to the color-code.
No different color code coupons will be accepted for boarding.
Transfer from Open Air Concert to Rodos Palace and Sheraton
Shuttle buses will be available to take you back to Rodos Palace and Sheraton from Bus Stop 2 after the Open Air concert.
A single return time will be available at 23:30!
Low Complexity Mini Marathon – Sunday, June 4 at 18:00 hours
Transfer from Rodos Palace to the Low Complexity Mini Marathon Staring point
Shuttle buses will be available to take you to the Low Complexity Mini Marathon Staring point.
Only registrants that selected Low Complexity Mini Marathon are eligible to participate.
A single pickup time from Rodos Palace will be available at 17:30!
Transfer from Low Complexity Mini Marathon Ending point to Rodos Palace and Sheraton
Shuttle buses will be available to take you back to Rodos Palace and Sheraton the from Mini Marathon Ending point on Sunday, June 4.
A single return time will be available at 20:30!
