Daily shuttle buses
The ICASSP Organizing Committee has arranged for multiple shuttle bus options, available free of charge for conference attendees throughout the main conference, running from Tuesday, June 6th to Friday, June 9th. Attendees will have the flexibility to choose from these shuttle buses, public bus service, or taxi options to travel conveniently to and from the conference venue at Rodos Palace Hotel from Sheraton Rhodes Resort and designated pickup locations in Rhodes Town. For further information on the public bus service and other ground transportation options, please refer to the “Other Ground Transportation Options” section below.
Morning Transfer to conference venue
Each morning of the main conference days, multiple shuttle buses will transport ICASSP attendees from designated pickup locations near various hotels in Rhodes city to the conference venue, Rodos Palace Hotel.
Tuesday June 6 to Friday June 9
- Bus Stop 1: Single departure at 7:35
- Bus Stop 2: Single departure at 7:35
- Bus Stop 3: Single departure at 7:35
For those of you that do not catch the morning or evening shuttle bus, there is a public bus service at no cost to ICASSP participants (courtesy of Rhodes municipality). You must show your conference badge when entering the bus.

Afternoon Transfer from the conference venue
Every afternoon of the main conference days at 17:30 , multiple shuttle buses will be available to transport ICASSP attendees from the conference venue, Rodos Palace Hotel to Bust Stop 2 in Rhodes Town.
- Tuesday June 6: multiple departures from 18:00 onwards, to the “Panigyri” open fair (coupons are required for this transfer)
- Wednesday June 7 to Friday June 9
Rodos Palace To Bus Stop 2: Single departure at 17:30
For your convenience, the buses will stop only at bus stop 2 a mere 500m distance from bus stops 1 and 3.
Daily circular shuttle busses
Each day of the main conference, shuttle buses will operate on a circular route that begins at Rodos Palace Hotel and stops at designated points in Rhodes city, and then returns to the starting point.
Sheraton Rhodes Resort will be connected to the main conference through a daily circular shuttle bus service, which will operate every day of the main conference.
Tuesday June 6 to Friday June 9
- Rodos Palace – Sheraton: Every 20 minutes from 7:40 to 17:30
- Rodos Palace – Rhodes Town: Every 30 minutes from 9:00 to 17:00
